1.超聲波塑料焊接原理：當超聲波作用於熱塑性塑料的接觸面時，會產生每秒幾萬次的高頻振動，這種達到一定振幅的高頻振動，通過上焊件把超聲能量傳送到焊區，由於焊區即兩焊件的交界面處聲阻大，因此會產生局部高溫，又由於塑料導熱性差一時還不能及時散發，聚集在焊區，致使兩塑料的接觸面迅速熔化，加上一定壓力後使其融合成一體。當超聲波停止作用後，讓壓力持續幾秒鍾，使其凝固定型，這樣就形成一個堅固的分子鏈，達到焊接的目的，焊接強度能接近於原材料強度。
------- 因此，超聲波塑焊機工作時，模具，變幅桿，換能器均會發熱，只要其溫度不超過80度，任可正常工作。解決方法：在換能器和模具上使用風冷卻（小風扇或氣管均可）或者改變焊頭材質，鋁合金，鈦合金和剛。其中鋁合金散熱比較快！
2.超聲波模具的設計製作有問題，如超聲波模具頻率不對，其功率轉化效率低，輸出功率不強，發熱厲害。目前，國內換能器做得器最好的，阻抗在2歐左右，其功率轉換范圍在80%左右，如1500W 的換能器，其輸出功率只有1200W左右。
3.超聲波換能器，變幅桿，模具頻率不匹配。
⑵ 修模具用的膠布是什麼膠布
這種做法容易導致電池進水而腐蝕。一般鋰電池都有循環充放電的壽命，充放電的次數越多，內部分子的熱運動會使其內部分子排列的微觀結構逐漸被破壞，存儲電荷效率會漸漸降低。在冰箱里冷凍會在一定程度上使手機電池原來的內部結構發生變化，可能在短時間內可以增加充載電荷的能力。但是，電池內的微觀結構一旦被破壞，再要完全恢復是不可能的，長期使用這種方法會加速手機電池的損耗。航模電池全稱鋰聚合物電池，鋰離子聚合物電池一般採用6-7位數進行命名，分別表示厚/寬/高，如PL6567100表示厚度為6.5mm，寬度為67mm，高度為100mm的鋰離子聚合物電池，其中PL表示該電池屬聚合物類別。

雙酚環氧樹脂，作業方式為噴塗。一般噴3-4遍即可。
