『壹』 塑料模具降面是什麼意思

模具修模中的「降面」：一般是指產品設計變更，導致模具PL面（分模面，大多數是產品外圍的PL面）變化，為了加快產品開發進度，同時減少材料損失，按照最新的檔案對現有模仁進行整體的「再加工」（有可能同時還會涉及到模板等零件的加工），而不需要另行備料並重新加工（備料，熱處理以及機械加工等）。「降面」方案實現的前提是：原來的模具設計方案中，在高度方向上留有足夠的空間（不要影響到上部的冷卻水路等），同時「降面」加工的工作量以及成本等相比重新備料加工更優。
公模面「凍水」：是指在公模側使用「凍水」冷卻。一般情況下，多數塑膠模具的冷卻水溫度在80℃到90℃（實際模具溫度就在50℃到60℃）。某些特定情況下，會要求使用「凍水」冷卻，此時水溫大致在20℃左右
燒焊：是指產品設計變更（局部特徵「減膠」），模具上對應位置需要「加鋼」，一般只要不影響產品外觀，可以使用「燒焊」的方案增加鋼料（當然某些時候可以使用「割鑲件」的方法），即使用模具專用焊料在該處堆積鋼料，然後進行CNC，EDM加工等。燒焊一般有普通的氬弧焊和激光焊
