*產品說明: 本產品是以丁基橡膠為基料,添加適量補強劑和增粘劑煉制而成。該產品具有優異的抗紫外光老化、極低的水蒸氣透過率和對玻璃與金屬有良好的粘接強度等特點。已大量用於中空玻璃的內道密封,其技術性能居國內先進。

*典型用途: 用於中空玻璃的內道密封。

*使用方法: 將鋁隔條清潔干凈備用。 將丁基熱熔密封膠放入擠出機缸內預熱到130-140℃,溫控器保持恆溫後,打出膠條檢查均勻不斷線時,將膠條塗抹到鋁隔條槽上,稍放涼後與干凈的玻璃壓合成中空玻璃半成品,待塗完外道密封膠並固化後即為中空玻璃成品。 用進口快速打膠機生產時,應將膠筒溫度調高10-15℃,並將擠出壓力從150Mpa調到170-200Mpa,打出膠條才均勻。

*產品規格: 20Kg/箱,每柱5Kg,直徑180mm; 18Kg/箱,每柱4.5Kg,直徑160mm。(也可按用戶指定規格生產)

*注意事項: 取用丁基熱熔密封膠時手要清潔干凈,膠的表面不要沾入灰塵、油污和溶劑(如丙酮、汽油等) 打膠時可戴不掉毛的手套,進行塗抹操作。接觸熱膠時小心燙傷,接觸膠的手套應干凈無毛邊或其它易粘在膠上的污染物。丁基熱熔密封膠打膠時要控制在160℃以下,嚴禁在170℃以上打膠,以免膠老化分解。

*儲運及運輸: 本品應儲存在陰涼乾燥處,避免日曬、雨淋、遠離熱源及火源;請勿重壓;儲存期為二年。本品可按一般化工產品運輸。

『柒』 模具中的封膠啥意思

封膠是不讓塑料跑出來呀,封膠位就是動模和定模的結合面。也叫分型面。
封膠工藝流程/檢驗流程 :
1,領料
由生產部封膠領班從熒光粉站或焊線站轉交過來的材料,按排 好封膠人員再按單號,型號發放材料,避免混單,混料。
2,模條預熱
模條整理好後,目視有無外觀不良問題,如有外觀不良知會相 關人員,並提供異常單,封膠領班與QC確認並簽名。模條預熱按《過程作業指導書》的工藝操作,領班確認。
3,A膠預熱
由封膠人員將A膠放入指定的烤箱內預熱,按《過程作業指 導書》的工藝作業,領班確認。
4,配膠
封膠領班對應生產任務單的要求作業,膠水比例與攪拌時間參 照相關《過程作業指導書》的工藝操作,領班與QC同時確認並簽名在配膠報表上。
5,膠水抽真空
抽真空的機器要保持干凈,外觀:膠水無氣泡,黑點等不 良。時間及溫度按《過程作業指導書》的工藝操作,領班確認,QC巡檢。
6,支架沾膠水
沾膠機要保持干凈,作業時領班與QC同時做好此批材料 的首件確認,並記錄於報表上,確認合格後沾膠作業員檢 驗每條支架是否有沾到膠水,操作時按照《過程作業指 導書》的工藝操作,沾好膠的材料合格後插支架時注意查 看支架是否插到位, 以及支架方向是否正確,支架插不 到位的材料反映給領班處理,QC 巡檢發現有問題時立即 反映給當站領班並按《檢驗規范》的標准作業,記錄於報 表上。
7,灌膠
灌膠機要保持干凈,模條預熱吹塵後無雜物,無灰塵等,作 業時膠量要比模條內腔高度凹下適當深度,具體參照《過程作業指導書》,作業員檢驗好每條灌好膠的模條的膠量,QC按《檢驗規范》的標准檢驗,抽檢。
8,進烤
進烤員在進烤前確認支架卡位是否平行,方向是否正確,壓 好支架後膠水稍凸起的問題,具體參照《過程作業指導書》,材料無異常方可進烤,QC 巡檢的結果記錄在報表上,如有不良問題及時反映出來。
9,短烤
烘烤箱的時間與溫度設定參照《過程作業指導書》工藝作業, 如烤箱出現故障操作員立即停機再反映出來知會領班,以及相關人員。QC在測試烤箱時如有超出設定的溫度外立即知會機修修理,另外監督生產部每周清洗烤箱一次,並記錄於報表上必須經QC簽名確認。
10,脫 模
出短烤的材料用脫模機脫材料時表面無刮傷,無壓痕,無支 架變形,具體參照《過程作業指導書》,將脫模出來的材料裝在盤中,QC按《檢驗規范》的標准進行抽檢,再記錄於巡檢報表上。
11,QC巡檢
QC將作業員脫模的產品,按《檢驗規范》上的標准判定進 行抽檢,抽檢出來的不良品由相應機台的作業員停機改善,改善到合格為止。(註:返工的產品不能計產量)如果在巡檢時QC發現不良率效高或批量時知會封膠領班立即處理,處理後產品質量仍未得到改善時QC則開出「預防矯正措施單」知會生產領班與品質領班再給品質主管審核並讓生產主管會簽,填寫完後交回品質部保存,責令相應封膠領班處理改善,避免再次出現此問題。如發現嚴重不良事項QC有權責令產線停機,整頓改善,如同樣的不良問題出現時一次為口頭警告,二次開出「預防矯正措施單」,三次處罰10~30元。
12,長烤
將盤中的材料放入指定的烤箱內進行長烤,具體參照《過程 作業指導書》,領班確認時間與溫度,QC監督,QC在測試烤箱時如有超出設定的溫度外立即知會機修修理,另外監督生產部每周清洗烤箱一次,並記錄於報表上。
13,交接材料
出烤的材料放入指定的地方,封膠領班將合格材料按單號, 型號,數量寫在「封膠交接本」上並註明交接時間。與後測領班做好材料交接工作,其他人員不可私自拿材料到下站作業,如發現將當站的領班進行處罰,如未處罰由QC向上級知會處理,做好交接後並在交接本上簽名。
