Ⅱ 模具英語
『undercut』是一個單詞。
在焊接上稱為『咬邊』，在伐木方面這個詞系指砍樹時現在樹的根部側面砍出一個契口，以便從樹的另一邊將樹推倒，與此相同的詞有：kerf、dip等。根據這幾個詞的匯總理解，在你的模具我方面建議譯為側邊凹槽/側凹槽。

我原來做過兩年壓鑄件生產，模具只接觸了一點，但是對於這個也不是特別在行，翻譯了大概的意思，希望對你有幫助。

4.Cavities are to be balanced or equal distance from shot tube center
型腔是要平衡的或者與澆鑄中心的距離相等。
5.Mold block will consist of an ejector half and a stationary half
模具塊是由動模和靜模組成。
6.Ejector half must have a minimum of eight ejector pins on each cavity
動模需要有最少八個頂出銷(桿)。對應每一個型腔。
7.Ejector pins are to have interchangeable sleeves for maximum tool life
頂出銷需要有可交換的套子(?這個詞不太懂)，為了最大的工具壽命。
8.Center cores and cavities are to be made of H-13 tool steel. Hardeded to 45-47 RC
中心和型腔的材質是H-13鋼，強化到RC45-47（調質熱處理)
9.Mold block is to be a minimum of 30"X27"X18" height
