⑴ 模具上的“行位”用英文怎么表达

Slide 行位,(总称)

There is no draft angle in the 3D drawing, some materials are too thick, and some place are too

thin. Can we modify this part by ourselves? We will send the drawing to you for you to check after

we modify it.
9. 按你们提供的缩水率千分之五,这个模具的尺寸已经做到了模具图面要求。但注塑出来的产品不符合你们的

产品图。
请确认你们的材料的缩水率是否正确?
Accoring to the shrinkage one over two hundred, the mold has been done in the right dimension, but

the part falls short to your part drawing, are you sure the shrinkage is right?
10. 产品的这个位置太小,导致模具钢料太溥,能够加宽这个位置吗?
This position is too small and will make the steel material here too thin, can we widen it here?

11. 斜顶与后面的柱位空间太小,斜顶在运动时会干涉到柱子,能移动这个柱子的位置吗?
The angular lifter interferes with the boss ring ejection. Please consider changing the position

of the boss.
12. 这个筋骨位胶厚太溥,而且高度偏高,注塑时很难填充这个筋位,可以增加这个筋骨位的厚度吗?
The rib here is too thin and on the high side, so it will be difficult to fill here when we do the

14. 这个样板的筋骨位底部烧焦,是因为排气不良,我们可以在筋骨位的中间增加一个镶件。
This sample has been burned in the bottom because the venting is not good, we can add an insert in

the middle of the rib.
15. 重做镶件大约需要5-6天时间,你能接受吗?
It will take about 5 or 6 days to redo the insert, is that OK?

⑵ 模具司筒顶针回不到位,左右两边就一面有是怎么回事啊!

这个问题还是要哥来回答你,要是你确定是司筒而不是司筒针的话,
你说的这个情况有可能是以下几个问题

1,顶针板沉头过深(看你追问的内容,应该是检查过的,可以排除)
2,司筒和模仁配合不顺,加热之后就紧了,以致顶针板回不到位,但是这个问题会导致其他的顶针也会回不到位,还有只有在回针短了才会出现这个情况,要不然回针是可以压回去的。这个你可以再确认一下。要是只有司筒高起来,就要看看顶针板司筒前面承靠面是不是太少,你的司筒挂台是不是磨过定位,使得杯头过小。这样司筒不顺的时候,司筒挂台前面陷下去了。要是是好的,那就不可能,除非司筒高度不对。或者是司筒被拉长了。哈哈
3,你的司筒配合的是入子,入子背后承靠面太小,入子后退了,这个你也要确认一下。
4,你说的”就像退不到位一样,毛边就出来了“,就这句话来看,你没有去测量产品的柱子是不是短了两个毫米,这种开始两模好的,后面就是毛边的还有一种情况就是司筒针退了,使得司筒针的台阶低于司筒,这样也会出现毛边一样的东西,这个要确认司筒针压板螺栓能不能锁到底,还有螺丝够不够大,要是针比较大的话,是要两端锁螺丝的。要是针比较小而且长的话,就要想办法加托,做有托司筒和针。如果针是靠破的话,你要看看长度对不对,预压是不是太多了
基本的可能性,我都分析到了,应该能解决你的问题,要是还不能,很有可能你的问题没表达清楚。请发产品柱子照片给我看看。

⑷ 模具回针是什么

模具回针是模具合模时让前模顶回顶针板而设置的顶杆。

模具,工业生产上用以注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸或锻压成型、冶炼、冲压等方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。

简而言之,模具是用来制作成型物品的工具,这种工具由各种零件构成,不同的模具由不同的零件构成。它主要通过所成型材料物理状态的改变来实现物品外形的加工。素有“工业之母”的称号。

在外力作用下使坯料成为有特定形状和尺寸的制件的工具。广泛用于冲裁、模锻、冷镦、挤压、粉末冶金件压制、压力铸造,以及工程塑料、橡胶、陶瓷等制品的压塑或注塑的成形加工中。模具具有特定的轮廓或内腔形状,应用具有刃口的轮廓形状可以使坯料按轮廓线形状发生分离(冲裁)。

模具选材需要满足三个原则,模具满足耐磨性、强韧性等工作需求,模具满足工艺要求,同时模具应满足经济适用性。

耐磨性,坯料在模具型腔中塑性变性时,沿型腔表面既流动又滑动,使型腔表面与坯料间产生剧烈的摩擦,从而导致模具因磨损而失效。所以材料的耐磨性是模具最基本、最重要的性能之一。

硬度是影响耐磨性的主要因素。一般情况下,模具零件的硬度越高,磨损量越小,耐磨性也越好。另外,耐磨性还与材料中碳化物的种类、数量、形态、大小及分布有关。

强韧性,模具的工作条件大多十分恶劣,有些常承受较大的冲击负荷,从而导致脆性断裂。为防止模具零件在工作时突然脆断,模具要具有较高的强度和韧性。模具的韧性主要取决于材料的含碳量、晶粒度及组织状态。
