1.超声波塑料焊接原理：当超声波作用于热塑性塑料的接触面时，会产生每秒几万次的高频振动，这种达到一定振幅的高频振动，通过上焊件把超声能量传送到焊区，由于焊区即两焊件的交界面处声阻大，因此会产生局部高温，又由于塑料导热性差一时还不能及时散发，聚集在焊区，致使两塑料的接触面迅速熔化，加上一定压力后使其融合成一体。当超声波停止作用后，让压力持续几秒钟，使其凝固定型，这样就形成一个坚固的分子链，达到焊接的目的，焊接强度能接近于原材料强度。
------- 因此，超声波塑焊机工作时，模具，变幅杆，换能器均会发热，只要其温度不超过80度，任可正常工作。解决方法：在换能器和模具上使用风冷却（小风扇或气管均可）或者改变焊头材质，铝合金，钛合金和刚。其中铝合金散热比较快！
2.超声波模具的设计制作有问题，如超声波模具频率不对，其功率转化效率低，输出功率不强，发热厉害。目前，国内换能器做得器最好的，阻抗在2欧左右，其功率转换范围在80%左右，如1500W 的换能器，其输出功率只有1200W左右。
3.超声波换能器，变幅杆，模具频率不匹配。
⑵ 修模具用的胶布是什么胶布
这种做法容易导致电池进水而腐蚀。一般锂电池都有循环充放电的寿命，充放电的次数越多，内部分子的热运动会使其内部分子排列的微观结构逐渐被破坏，存储电荷效率会渐渐降低。在冰箱里冷冻会在一定程度上使手机电池原来的内部结构发生变化，可能在短时间内可以增加充载电荷的能力。但是，电池内的微观结构一旦被破坏，再要完全恢复是不可能的，长期使用这种方法会加速手机电池的损耗。航模电池全称锂聚合物电池，锂离子聚合物电池一般采用6-7位数进行命名，分别表示厚/宽/高，如PL6567100表示厚度为6.5mm，宽度为67mm，高度为100mm的锂离子聚合物电池，其中PL表示该电池属聚合物类别。

双酚环氧树脂，作业方式为喷涂。一般喷3-4遍即可。
